WORK-STUDY STUDENTS START AT BALGUERIE GROUP: A STRONG COMMITMENT TO THE FUTUR

This September marks an important moment for Balguerie Group with the arrival of a new class of work-study students. Of the 86 work-study students we are welcoming this year—representing 6.8% of the Group’s total workforce—43 started in September.

We are proud to support these young talents, who come from a variety of backgrounds (from high school to master’s degrees), in areas such as operations and logistics, sales, accounting/finance, human resources, marketing and communications, CSR, and purchasing.

At Balguerie Group, work-study programs represent a genuine commitment to the professional integration of younger generations, offering them a concrete framework in which to develop their skills, discover our business lines, and prepare for their future.

Work-study students bring a fresh perspective to our organizations and processes, thereby contributing to our continuous improvement approach. Work-study programs are also an important recruitment tool, enabling us to identify, train, and retain employees who share our values and ambitions.

This commitment is fully in line with our CSR policy, through our ReSpEct approach.
