SHARED COMMITMENTS THAT BRING US TOGETHER

UNITED MOBILIZATION IN SERVICE OF SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT

As part of our CSR corporate strategy and our desire to take concrete action for meaningful causes, our employees have once again mobilized this year through several solidarity runs.

Beyond the sporting challenge, these events provided an opportunity to share values that are dear to us: solidarity, inclusion, pushing one’s limits, and team spirit.

This year, our teams took part in three flagship events:

• The 2026 Heroes’ Race (La Course des Héros): benefiting the Jérôme Lejeune Foundation, which is dedicated to research and supporting individuals with genetic intellectual disabilities.
• The 2026 Race of Flames (La Course des Flammes): in support of the Sourire à la Vie association, which accompanies children battling cancer throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
• The 2026 Special Olympics Race: organized to promote the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through sports.

SHARED VALUES ON AND OFF THE FIELD

These solidarity events represent much more than just a sports activity. They allow us to:

• Strengthen cohesion among employees around common goals
• Raise awareness within our teams regarding major societal issues
• Provide financial and human support to dedicated non-profit organizations

Every kilometer covered, every shared effort, and every participant reflects our commitment to being a responsible corporate group, standing alongside those who work daily for a more inclusive and supportive world.
