GETTING INVOLVED TOGETHER: WHEN OUR STEPS SUPPORT GREAT CAUSES
A CSR INITIATIVE THAT PUTS OUR SOLIDARITY IN MOTION
As part of its ReSpEct commitment, Balguerie Group is proud to announce an initiative that combines well-being, team spirit and solidarity: participation in charity runs and walks.
In fact, we offer or propose to each employee the possibility of registering, alone or in a team, for sporting events organised locally or nationally. For each of these participations, Balguerie Group undertakes to make a donation to a charity working in areas close to our hearts: the environment, inclusion, health or education.
Objectives of this initiative:
- Promote internal cohesion through meaningful collective challenges
- Encourage sporting activities and well-being in the workplace
- Strengthen our positive impact on society through corporate sponsorship
We are already partners of a number of charities, including Sourire à la Vie, Special Olympics France, Humani’Terre and Fondation Lejeune, and we will continue to expand our solidarity network as the events unfold.
FOCUS ON “KM FOR CHALLENGE”
Thanks to the tremendous efforts of all our Balguerie Group teams, the ‘KM for Challenge’ raised €10,000!
A remarkable collective performance, which fully reflects the commitment, enthusiasm and spirit of initiative of our employees.
All funds raised will be donated to the Fondation Bergonié, a cancer treatment center based in Bordeaux. This sum will contribute to:
- Fund innovative research projects
- Improve patients’ quality of life
- Support the purchase of cutting-edge treatment and screening equipment
A big thank you to all the employees who have already taken part in these events or who are preparing to don their trainers in the coming weeks. Their energy, commitment and enthusiasm are a true reflection of the values we share as a company. Thanks to each and every one of them, our actions take on their full meaning.
