BALGUERIE AND NQT: A YEAR’S COMMITMENT TO YOUNG GRADUATES
For almost a year now, Balguerie Group has been working alongside the Nos Quartiers ont du Talent (NQT) association to support young graduates in their search for employment or work-study placements. This partnership is part of our ReSpEct CSR program, which reflects our desire to take concrete action in favor of professional integration.
NQT: a major player in equal opportunities
Created in 2005, NQT is an association dedicated to equal opportunities in the professional world. It helps young graduates find jobs and work-study contracts, thanks to an innovative professional mentoring program. On average, 70% of the young people we support find a job that matches their qualifications in just six months.
MENTORING THAT ENRICHES EVERYONE
Thanks to this partnership, our employee volunteers become mentors, putting their expertise at the service of young talent. Their mission? To guide them, advise them and pass on the key points they need to know to enter the world of work in the best possible conditions. This involves a number of actions:
- Personalized support to help them structure their job or work-study search,
- Experience-sharing to give them concrete reference points,
- A better understanding of the codes and expectations of the professional world.
In concrete terms, these exchanges enable young people to obtain advice on writing their CVs, preparing for job interviews and highlighting their skills. Our employees share their experience and offer friendly advice to help young people better understand the professional world.
To date, our 35 mentors have accompanied more than 50 young graduates, with an above-average rate of access to employment.
Thanks to the commitment and involvement of its employees, Balguerie Group was honored to receive the Inclusive Company Award from the General Manager of NQT France.
We are proud of this partnership, and would like to extend our warmest thanks to the NQT association, the young graduates and all the employees who are involved on a daily basis in making this program a real success. Together, let’s continue to support the talents of tomorrow and promote a fairer and more equitable integration into the workforce!
