{"id":9225,"date":"2026-06-29T09:10:32","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T09:10:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balguerie-group.com\/?p=9225"},"modified":"2026-06-29T09:10:33","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T09:10:33","slug":"shared-commitments-that-bring-us-together","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balguerie-group.com\/en\/shared-commitments-that-bring-us-together\/","title":{"rendered":"SHARED COMMITMENTS THAT BRING US TOGETHER"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>UNITED MOBILIZATION IN SERVICE OF SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our CSR corporate strategy and our desire to take concrete action for meaningful causes, our employees have once again mobilized this year through several solidarity runs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the sporting challenge, these events provided an opportunity to share values that are dear to us: solidarity, inclusion, pushing one&#8217;s limits, and team spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, our teams took part in three flagship events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The 2026 Heroes&#8217; Race (La Course des H\u00e9ros): benefiting the J\u00e9r\u00f4me Lejeune Foundation, which is dedicated to research and supporting individuals with genetic intellectual disabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 2026 Race of Flames (La Course des Flammes): in support of the <em>Sourire \u00e0 la Vie<\/em> association, which accompanies children battling cancer throughout their treatment and recovery journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 2026 Special Olympics Race: organized to promote the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through sports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SHARED VALUES ON AND OFF THE FIELD<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These solidarity events represent much more than just a sports activity. They allow us to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen cohesion among employees around common goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise awareness within our teams regarding major societal issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide financial and human support to dedicated non-profit organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Every kilometer covered, every shared effort, and every participant reflects our commitment to being a responsible corporate group, standing alongside those who work daily for a more inclusive and supportive world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you to all the employees who proudly wore our colors during these events.
