US energy exports to Asia, stimulated by tensions on global oil markets, are leading to a significant increase in transits and waiting times. Auctions to obtain transit slots are now reaching record levels, while maintenance work and the risks related to the return of the El Ni\u00f1o phenomenon could further deteriorate the situation in the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REORGANIZATION OF SERVICES AND ADAPTATION OF COMPANIES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the face of these constraints, the major shipowners are reorganizing their rotations and adjusting their services. Several companies, including MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM, or ONE, have proceeded with blank sailings in order to limit the impact of the congestion observed in major hubs such as Qingdao, Nansha, or Port Klang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, we are seeing service adjustments, such as Premier Alliance suspending its direct service between Europe and Japan.
