This figure is the most tangible illustration of our commitment to the training and professional integration of the younger generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome work-study students at all levels, from A-levels to 5 years&#8217; higher education, from a variety of backgrounds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operations and logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting \/ finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Human resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing and communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CSR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchasing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Group, work-linked training is much more than just a recruitment method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s a genuine commitment that reflects our desire to play an active part in integrating the younger generation into the job market. By offering them a practical learning environment, we contribute to their professionalisation while enabling them to discover the richness of our businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But work-linked training is also a valuable opportunity for our Group. It allows us to benefit from a fresh perspective, innovative ideas and a positive questioning of our practices. Work-study students bring energy and curiosity that resonate with our culture of continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, work-linked training is a strategic lever for our recruitment. It enables us to identify, train and develop the loyalty of future employees who are in tune with our needs, our values and our ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to extend our warmest thanks to our 75 work-study students for their commitment; we would also like to express our sincere thanks to all the tutors who, on a daily basis, support and pass on their know-how to our work-study students.
