On August 1, Balguerie Group welcomed the 330 employees previously assigned to Bollor\u00e9 Logistics operations in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, French Guiana and Polynesia, as well as teams based in mainland France, between Le Havre, Rouen, Orly and Dunkirk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

This strategic acquisition marks an important step in the development of the Balguerie Group, which now employs over 1,300 people dedicated to serving its customers. With this operation, Balguerie Group reinforces its position as a key player in the logistics sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine THOMAS, Managing Director of BGP, the Balguerie Group’s holding company, who will now manage the Group’s overseas entities, commented: \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Bollor\u00e9 Logistics’ overseas teams and activities to the Balguerie Group.
